Scope of work
Our work includes, among other matters, visas, residence permits and cards, family reunification, residence for study or professional activity, worker mobility, documentary regularisation, analysis of notices and proposed decisions, preparation of submissions, organisation of evidence and assistance before the competent administrative authorities.
Documentary analysis and strategy
In immigration matters, the quality of the documentary file is often decisive. PCA reviews the available documents, identifies gaps or inconsistencies, structures the relevant information and defines a legal strategy suited to the specific case, including responses to requests for additional information and challenges to adverse decisions where legally justified.
International dimension
Where a matter involves more than one jurisdiction, PCA may coordinate with Legal Advised and locally qualified professionals, ensuring coordination between the different parts of the matter without implying direct legal practice where local admission is required.
