Paulo Claudino & Associados is a Portuguese law firm established in 2006, built on the professional experience of Paulo Claudino, who has practised law since 1996. PCA advises individuals, families and businesses in Portugal and in matters with an international dimension, with particular emphasis on technical rigour, clear communication and the coordination of complex legal issues.

PCA works through an interdisciplinary approach, seeking to understand each legal issue in its personal, patrimonial, business and, where relevant, international context.
The firm acts directly in matters for which it is professionally authorised. Where a matter involves other jurisdictions, PCA coordinates with locally qualified lawyers and partner firms, while preserving the independence and professional responsibility of each professional involved.

Graduated in Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra, Paulo Claudino has practised law since 1996 and works across private, corporate, administrative and international matters, with experience in both advisory and contentious work.
He is professionally registered with the relevant Bar associations in Portugal, Angola, Brazil — Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil, Seção de São Paulo (OAB/SP) —, Guinea-Bissau and Germany, including the Rechtsanwaltskammer Frankfurt am Main.
International professional network
PCA’s international dimension is developed through Legal Advised, an international legal network conceived and developed by Paulo Claudino & Associados. The network connects independent legal professionals across different jurisdictions and supports the coordination of cross-border matters through locally qualified professionals where required.
