Employment relationships
Our work may include employment contracts, working-time issues, remuneration, duties and responsibilities, disciplinary procedures, termination, redundancies and negotiated exits.
Social Security
We advise on contribution obligations, registration, benefits, international coordination and disputes involving the Portuguese Social Security system.
Prevention and disputes
Whenever possible, PCA seeks to identify risks before they escalate into disputes. Where litigation becomes necessary, we prepare the documentary and procedural strategy in accordance with the specific facts of the case.
